Tonight on SAS Australia...

Day 7 starts with as many recruits remaining. Despite the unrelenting rigours of the course, Actress Zima and Rugby Star Mahalia are in good spirits, sharing a dance together. But the mood is short-lived as Task 1, an infiltration of an enemy port to gain a critical military cache, end in a worrying accident and sudden medical withdrawal.

A frightening water exercise brings AFL commentator, Abby, to tears. Task 2 sees the recruits in a high-pressure tactical driving task to evade enemy attackers and the night reveals their most shameful moment in an emotion charged confession, as Matt Mitchem shocks the DS with his brutal honesty.
