I did enjoy Sam Pang’s “Mugshot or Mugnot”. How keen would he be to be hosting his own show now, you reckon?
He has a busy slate, unsure if he would be looking to ramp it up. I guess it would depend on many factors.
Glad SAS is finally back. Why did Jason Akermanis bother going on the show?? How embarrassing!
I did not like the previous SAS season but the opening episode of this one was encouraging. The Jordanian desert is a good location for this type of thing and feels very different than the Central Highlands shown previously. Pacing and editing were also okay even when it ran one hour and forty five minutes.
Jason Akermanis though seems to have walked out at a pointlessly early juncture.
Jason made it pretty clear he doesn’t like authority so what was he expecting? It’s the military!
I didn’t have any issue with the runtime personally and SAS usually runs between an hour and an hour fifteen in usual episodes and is much less investment to some other reality tv.
How many people would know who Charlotte Crosby is ? Certainly not me, but it’s not aimed at my demographic though I enjoy watching it, with my finger on the mute button for when the stupid people doing the guessing start talking.
Those who watched I’m a Celebrity and Geordie Shore. I have more concerns about Summer Warne as a celeb frankly.
Yes, it says it all when Osher has to explain who they are !
It was probably just the editing, but why did Abbie Chatfield have to scream like the “celebrity” had just been resurrected from the dead.
If l was at 10 l would seriously think of switching HYBPA with the Mask Singer.
Once you start changing timeslots the program is usually doomed.
Im talking about moving HYBPA permanently. Rates well so why not use the show to bring more eyes to the Mask Singer.
I’m not sure some of the inappropriate jokes would be allowed in an earlier timeslot….
So what would you do with all the other Monday reality shows? Air them 7:30 across the week except Mondays?
Hey if HYBPA gets the viewers then why not leave it there.
Comparison is moot. HYBPA rates well as it’s not directly against The Block. TMS would probably rate better (as would most shows) is it wasn’t against The Block. And HYBPA has the lead-in from TMS reveal, which it wouldn’t have at 7.30.
The Masked Singer does OK picking up viewer who flick over from The Block, MKR etc during ads to catch exciting bits. HYBPA? and CS both benefit from offering an alternative at 8:45, and picking viewers after The Block MKR etc. finish.
