The Block upstages MKR semi-final, Masked Singer on Monday.

A drama-filled Monday room reveal episode proved to be a winner for Nine with The Block scoring 716,000 metro viewers -its best Monday outing this season.
That eclipsed MKR‘s semi-final (540,000), then 7:30 (473,000), Australian Story (453,000) and The Masked Singer (363,000 rising to Reveal: 477,000).
Later Have You Been Paying Attention? drew 502,000 then Media Watch (403,000), Four Corners (369,000), Missing Persons Investigation (329,000) and The Rookie (204,000).
Nine network won Monday with 30.6% then Seven 28.9%, 10 17.3%, ABC 16.9% and SBS 6.3%.
Nine News (746,000 / 721,000) was best for Nine. A Current Affair led with 683,000 then Hot Seat 353,000 / 253,000. The Trial Of Louise Woodward was 166,000.
Seven News was #1 with 884,000 / 849,000 then The Chase (459,000 / 294,000) and Home & Away (442,000). The Rookie: Feds was 129,000.
The Project was 308,000 / 173,000 for 10. 10 News First pulled 204,000 / 145,000. Inspired Unemployed (Impractical) Jokers was 163,000 / 68,000.
ABC News drew 588,000. Q+A (198,000) and The Drum (119,000) followed.
On SBS it was SBS World News (124,000 / 88,000), Finding Your Roots (88,000), Mastermind (64,000) and Sheryl (39,000)
Doc Martin led multichannels at 106,000.

However if you read thew News Ltd papers they would have you believe that the Block is on it’s last legs because MKR beat it once.
Maybe 10 should consider switching HYBPT to 7.30 and Mask Singer after it. Just an idea.
