Big night of Cricket for Nine
Nine scores a huge 40% share on Thursday with more viewers choosing Cricket over Socceroos.

Thursday was a big night of sport and a very big win by Nine.
ICC Men’s ODI Cricket World Cup scored up to 592,000 metro viewers as Australia defeated South Africa.
That easily upstaged 10’s Football: Socceroos v Bangladesh which was 171,000 across the network.
7:30 drew 338,000 then Bill Bailey’s Wild West Australia (320,000), ABBA vs Queen (226,000)
Nine network won Thursday with 40.1% then Seven 22.7%, ABC 15.4%, 10 14.7% and SBS 7.0%.
Nine News (637,000 / 623,000) was best for Seven. Hot Seat scored 290,000 / 193,000.
Seven News was #1 at 748,000 / 738,000. The Chase led entertainment at 426,000 / 280,000 then Home & Away (420,000). A Bridesmaids movie was 117,000.
ABC News drew 465,000. Later Grand Designs was 234,000. The Drum (120,000) and Miriam Margolyes: Australia Unmasked (119,000) followed.
The Project pulled 244,000 / 132,000. 10 News First was 164,000 / 108,000.
On SBS it was SBS World News (103,000 / 84,000), Secret World of Snacks (87,000), Adam & Poh’s Great Australian Bites (55,000) and Erotic Stories (44,000).
Hey Duggee led multichannels at 120,000.
The Morning Show: 110,000 / 70,000
Today Extra: 98,000 / 75,000
In Total TV numbers last Thursday were:
Love Island: 333,000
Big Brother: 439,000
The Amazing Race Australia: Celebrity: Finish Line: 833,000
Home & Away: 908,000
Every Family Has a Secret: 319,000
Grand Designs: 405,000

Im so old I remember when show like pop idols and big brother would be having an off night if they dipped below 2 million viewers.
So sad to see Erotic Stories so low. Even after streaming. SBS really have a problem attracting viewers to their local dramas.
It was locally made rubbish so deserved no audience IMHO.
