The legal dispute between Lisa Wilkinson and Network 10 returns to court this week.
Justice Lee will conduct a two-day hearing for the determination of a cross-claim in this matter commencing at 9:30am on Tuesday and Wednesday in the Federal Court, Sydney.
Despite taking a “cooperative approach” to defending a defamation claim brought by Bruce Lehrmann, the parties could not agree over legal costs.
Lisa Wilkinson was represented by Sue Chrysanthou SC and Anthony Jefferies during the trial.
Network 10 has acknowledged that while Ms Wilkinson was entitled to hire her own legal representation, it was not liable to pay costs that are “unreasonably incurred”.
