  1. When the Professor had his debut episode, it thumped the dross known as Tipping Point. I could only survive two minutes. I don’t understand the appeal. And of course Tipping Point Australia is doing well. The Chase Australia has had nine consecutive years of ratings supremacy. Tipping Point will experience something similar until Seven has a new game show to take it on. Everything that goes up must come down. I’m just glad Seven News hasn’t had its number one status challenged.

    1. You realise that is your opinion (which you are entitled to), but ratings don’t lie, clearly many love Tipping. I still prefer Chase (the final chase is some of the best few minutes of appointment viewing on telly and there was a cracker this week), but I’m not dissing TP. And I think not just the format and Aussie-style, but the host in Woodbridge and crew deserve a lot of praise too.

      1. I never said the ratings don’t lie. I tuned into Tipping Point Australia. I didn’t like it. That is my take. But others clearly love it, and the ratings convey this. I love The Chase Australia and Larry Emdur and will follow the show for however long it is on the air.

  2. Wow, Tipping Point 700+ again. Perth must be a winner for Nine these days.

Amazing how The Chase through everything, Double Trouble, The Speedy American guest, New Professor and also spotlight Anne Hagerty push….but despite it all, losing in the cities by quite a lot.
