As the matchmakers send out their singles on first dates, we learn more about the matchmaker’s own matches and what they think is the measure of a successful marriage.

Tonight on The Matchmakers….
Jewish matchmaker Toby continues negotiations to get her latest singles to go on dates. Finding a match for Jewish singles in their 40s, like Karen, can be a challenge, but Toby has a breakthrough in the form of 43-year-old Aaron. On paper the stars align, but Toby’s worst fears become real as Karen is surprised that Aaron’s profile picture isn’t what she had in her mind.
An awkward first date playing mini golf does little to warm-up Karen’s stand-offish response to Aaron and tells Toby she will not go on a second date with him. So, Toby arranges a new single for Aaron to meet. Single doctor Becky goes on her first date with Ronald and after initially being apprehensive, Becky warms up to the idea of going on another date with him.
After being single for many years, Abhi goes on a first date over videocall. A hopeless romantic, he has an instant connection with Roshni, but is devastated when she ghosts him soon after. After building his dream family home, Abhi is left to wonder whether he’ll ever meet the right person to share it with.
Sheikh Alaa surprises Turkish hospitality Manager, Volkan by coming back with two potential matches. Offering Volkan hope that his divorced status might not impact his hopes of finding love after all.
