Paramount+ has suddenly confirmed it will screen US drama Elsbeth from Friday.
The spin-off of The Good Wife and The Good Fight, stars Carrie Preston as Elsbeth Tascioni, an astute but unconventional attorney who uses her singular point of view to make unique observations and corner brilliant criminals alongside the NYPD.
After leaving her legal career for a new investigative role, Elsbeth finds herself jockeying with NYPD Captain C.W. Wagner (Wendell Pierce).
The series by Robert & Michelle King debuted in the US in late February but Paramount+ will catch up with 6 episodes from Friday April 26 then continue weekly.
It has also been renewed for a second season.
No word if there will be a 10 preview episode for Free to Air audiences, but it would be a good contender given the fanbase…

Woohoooo. Elsbeth has always been a great character. Can’t wait for this.
I was hoping we were going to get this but annoyed it’s on Paramount+. Hopefully it will have a second viewing on 10 after.
