Superstar Bette Midler has taken to social media to float the idea of her joining The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

“Is it too late for me to become a Real Housewife of Beverly Hills? I’ve never watched it, but I am in the mood to talk some shit. And to get paid for it? A dream,” she asked on March 31 (thus, not an April Fool’s gag).

Executive Producer Andy Cohen replied, “It’s time!”

There are rumours Kathy Hilton may return and former housewife Denise Richards has also indicated she was open to a return, stating, “Never say never.”

Midler is tipped to appear in Hocus Pocus 3, currently in development for Disney+.
