Shaynna, Shirvo to host ASTRA Awards.

Selling Houses Australia‘s Shaynna Blaze and FOX Sports presenter Matt Shirvington will host the 2014 ASTRA Awards in March.

This is the first time they have hosted the awards. Blaze is a previous winner in the Favourite Personality – Female
category while and Matt Shirvington has won for Most Outstanding Performance by a Presenter.

Shaynna has come a long way since her first ASTRA Awards, bumping into the likes of Spongebob Squarepants.

“I didn’t think it could get much better than that,” said Shaynna. “Six years later I find myself co-hosting the 12th ASTRA Awards with the incredible Matt Shirvington and I feel like pinching myself.

“I hope that we will bring a sense of fun that reflects our own personalities and help make this an incredible night for ASTRA.”

Matt Shirvington added, “It’s subscription television’s night of nights. Everything the event stands for means a great deal to a lot of talented people because it recognises the quality, creativity and diversity of the industry.’

The awards will be presented on Thursday March 20 at Sydney’s Carriageworks in Eveleigh with voting now underway for viewer favourite categories.
