Our homeowners, Richard, and Corinne are doing just that! They are desperate to sell so they can move down to Canberra to be closer to their family… Unfortunately, they haven’t had a lot of luck selling.

The home itself could be something from a museum, it’s like a preserved time capsule of design history. Floral wallpaper, green carpet tiles and a pastel bathroom, what’s not to love? Instead of home improvements over the years the couple decided to spend their money elsewhere on travel and priceless life experiences. Their decisions against renovating however have backfired.
