Wednesdays appear to be Seven’s best night at the moment
I like This is Us. I find every episode there is one or more plotlines that make you think. Last night it was Kate’s focus on appearance and initial impressions of her boyfriends ex wife when in essence reality is quite different when you delve further. Also the exploration of the distinction between Randall and his bio fathers approach to black / white relations.
Interesting plot twist at the end of last nights madam secretary regarding the presidential election.
Nine deserves what they get when they put up a like-for-like show in the same timeslot. However, Murder Uncovered is still well down on its debut figure.
Charlie Pickering also struggling a little this season. Shaun Micalef can’t return soon enough for ABC
I don’t think a 20 minute head-start is a benefit for Murder Calls David, especially when MKR is delivering a 1.1 lead in 20 minutes later….
It’s an unsurprising result where the bigger lead in delivers the bigger show..
You might say Murder Uncovered hemorrhaged almost half of its lead in?
Also Life inside Jail is surely ‘just’ 229 as well..?
I ditto what you said. A lead in of 1.1 million is going to give Murder Uncovered a much a much bigger chance compared to a lead in of just 0.64 million for Murder Calls.
Murder Calls also trailed ABC and TEN.
But my point is more – it’s Planet Earth’s fault vs MKR’s…not fault
Of course, lead-ins always impact shows. As does genres going head to head. No argument.
