Big week of TV looming

With 3 big nights of TV next week, Seven is holding its nerve.

Next week is shaping up as a big one in TV-land, especially on Nine and TEN, but Seven will hold its nerve.

On Sunday the final 3 contestants on MasterChef will battle it out with two to proceed the Grand Final, a mammoth 2.5hr event on Monday July 24.

While Shark Tank and NCIS screen on Tuesday 25, The Bachelor returns on Wednesday 26.

Australian Ninja Warrior also wraps next week. Semi Finals begin tomorrow night, with the Grand Final set for Tuesday 25.

That makes for 3 big events across Monday (MasterChef), Tuesday (Australian Ninja Warrior) and Wednesday (The Bachelor). Against those power plays Seven is strategically holding off Little Big Shots and Hell’s Kitchen Australia for at least another week.

But The Block and Australian Survivor are due on Sunday July 30 -expect to see Seven go hard against returning shows.

Seven also has a Diana special with anticipated interviews with Princes William & Harry which will air as part of Sunday Night on a night yet to be announced.

  1. David- 7 are probably hoping that holding off on showing Hells Kitchen Australia and Big Little Shots pay off in the ratings, but i dont think so. i dont think any of these shows plus the diana special and the drama event with Richard Roxburgh will rate anywhere near the ratings like Australian Ninja Warrior.
