8 Comments:

  1. The nrl and afl grand finals lost close to a million viewers between them compared with 2016. Both codes gave to be disappointed with this surely?

  2. Great ratings and crowd figures. Such a pity the contest was such a flop. I wonder how much the NRL paid to bring this rap bloke here; how long was he on for 10 to 15 minute? Crowd seemed to love it though.

  3. yes we watched all the nrl final programs, but that is not a vote for that rubbish Rap entertainment, bring back Tina Turner so much better.. and we are glad the season is over so we wont get screamed at by delta goodram anymore. The worst thing she has ever done.

  4. Big numbers for the NRL Grand Final. Nine would be happy with the 42% share and the 2,325,000 viewers.

Poor Ten. Yes, its tough against the competition. But they made no effort.

On a side note – for the last 5 or so years, Nine keeping calling it the “Under 21s Grand Final” (it came 11th yesterday), where it hasn’t existed in years. It has been included in the oztam ratings list for years.

On a side note – in 11th position, the sports listed – the Under 21s – has not existed since 2007. Why does Nine always tell Oztam that it’s the under21s, where in fact its the Reserve Cup Grand Final (aka State Championship)? I’ve seen it pop up in the top 20 as u/21 for a number of years now. Odd….
