  1. RIP Colonel Mustard from “Clue” :'( Mull’s eccentric and deadpan performance was fantastic, almost taking leadership of the gang alongside Tim Curry’s butler role. One of my all-time favourites and watch it annually. A classic with an all-star cast from the 80s, based of the famous American Parker Bros worldwide boardgame smash hit (still popular amongst families today!) Wish the film was played on TV, can’t even recall when the last time would’ve been even if, perhaps a modern transfer hasn’t been produced for broadcasters by Paramount or they don’t want to licence that title.

  2. I’ll always remember him as the principal Mr Kraft in Sabrina, which I enjoyed as a kid.

Mull also guest starred as one of the two hippies (opposite George Carlin) in a Season 10 episode of The Simpsons, and also appeared in Wonder Woman as a rock star, opposite The Brady Bunch’s Eve Plumb, though I had no idea it was Mull in the role until I had watched the credits.

  3. This is so sad. I loved Martin’s film and TV work. One of my favourites was on The Golden Girls. A guest appearance as a shut in who Dorothy coaxes out of reclusivity. Funny and tragic in equal measure. His films with Christopher Guest were brilliant. He will be missed.
