The TV Lounge is an open forum for you to add comments or ask questions on topics that you can’t see anywhere else on the site.
So if there’s something you’ve been meaning to get off your chest, or there’s a question that doesn’t seem to fit anywhere else, or comments on the site…. here is where it goes!
Comments policy: Keep it nice people. There’s nothing worse than a site where people anonymously sledge off others. I’m moderating the site still so comments may not appear immediately. If you cross a line that is defamatory I may opt not to approve it. Know that I can only approve or reject comments, I can’t edit. Please also refrain from promoting websites that aren’t TV related and contain spoilers.

Junior EV happens Dec 8 and SBS airs Xmas eve at 4.30-6.30pm!
David as you are up with all things Eurovision, do you know if/when SBS will be screening this year’s Junior Eurovision Song Contest? I haven’t looked up their website as I don’t want to stumble on who won but thought you might have heard some details. It’s usually held in November but SBS like to delay it for some reason. It’s nowhere as good as the real thing, but is something to at least tide us over until May comes around! Cheers!

ALLO! David, have you heard anything about the new Nine look?
Until Seven launches a dedicated HD site (VERY remiss) TV Tonight is actually one of the few places you can see the programming. It’s updated Mondays in my Advance Guides.
No word on Gilmore.
Where can i get a TV guide for HD channels?? Also, is Gilmore Girls ever going to return??

I heard it was coming but nothing for the first week. Don’t forget Nine also pulled it off last summer.

David, will nine ever show the last 5 episodes of season 5 of Curb Your Enthusiasm, and then show season 6? Or would it be more likely that they either won’t air it again 1) or 2) only air season 6??? It is over 12 months since nine aired the show(late on a sunday night If I remember).

Can you confirm that on the IF Awards on Friday night, whilst the announcement of best film was ‘The Jammed’ the caption on screen actually said ‘Home Song Stories’ – I’ve taped over my copy by mistake!

Any news on if or when Doc Martin will be returning to the ABC? It aired some time ago, and was wondering if a new series was airing soon.
Commercial Brakdown has actually aired 6 episodes so far, 4 on Mondays, then 2 on Sundays.
I think it had 2 on Mondays and then 2 on Sundays when Dirty Jobs was pulled.
