The Comedy Channel has made an alteration to its timeslot for Kelsey’s Grammer and Patricia Heaton’s Back to You.
Originally scheduled for Monday’s at 7.30pm it will now screen Thursday’s at 7.30pm from February 5 in double episodes.
Still a fun show that should never have bitten the bullet, but that’s another story…
Back to You stars sitcom veterans Kelsey Grammer (Cheers, Frasier) and Patricia Heaton (Everybody Loves Raymond) as co-news anchors who reunite at a Pittsburgh television station after having worked together in the ’90s. Chuck Darling (Grammer) is a womanizer who has moved from Pittsburgh to a large market but his career took a large hit after a terrible on-screen blunder. In the managers’ attempt to bring the Pittsburgh newscast back to #1, Chuck makes his return with his former co-anchor Kelly Carr (Heaton). With a supporting cast which also includes Fred Willard (Roseanne, Everybody Loves Raymond, King of the Hill) Back to You originates from the creative partnership of Steven Levitan (Just Shoot Me!) and Christopher Lloyd (Frasier).

That is bizarre, what was wrong with it’s Monday timeslot?
FYI, tonight (Thursday) they are repeating Pilot/Fish Story from Monday and then 3 and 4 presumably will air next Thursday.
Weird move.
Not sure!!
Hi David,
Will they be replaying episodes 1 & 2 or launching straight into episodes 3 & 4?
And I agree that it should not have bitten the bullet.
Thanks
Any reason for the move David? They don’t usually move programs around for no reason?
