And it seemed like such a good idea at the time too.
US broadcaster ABC has denied that Susan Boyle will make a cameo appearance on Ugly Betty.
Earlier this week, tabloid papers in the UK claimed that the Britain’s Got Talent star was keen to be involved in the show. However, ABC representatives have responded to the rumours, branding them entirely false.
Executives for the ABC network have stated that the reports were “entirely false” and have said that there are no plans to feature Susan on the show.
Susan’s spokesman added: “Susan has many offers on the table.
“At the moment she is looking forward to recording her album.”
