Grey’s Anatomy star Eric Dane has denied that there is a private sex video of him circulating online. But his lawyer admits yes, he’s nude in it.
Attorney Marty Singer issued a statement saying: “This is simply a private, consensual moment involving a married couple, shot several years ago, which was never intended to be seen by the public. Although the participants are nude, the tape is not a ‘sex tape.’ It is a private tape made for only my clients’ personal use, and nobody has the right to exploit it. If anyone exploits the tape, they will be violating my clients’ rights and will be exposed to significant liability.”
Appearing in the clip in Dane’s wife Rebecca Gayheart and Kari Ann Peniche, a Miss Teen USA 2002 contestant who later lost her Miss United States Teen title after posing for Playboy.
According to reports, the three pass around a video camera at Peniche’s apartment and appear to be intoxicated.
TMZ notes Peniche said the tape was filmed more than two years ago and there was no sex involved. She explained that the video was stored on the hard drive of her computer and allegedly stolen by her roommate on Celebrity Rehab.

His wife, Rebecca Gayheart says in the video she’s too high and has to lay down. Classy.

Have him washed and brought to my table.
I would pay good money to see that tape 😉 just the part with Eric in it though, he’s gorgeous.
well he’s certainly not as big as Jamie Foxx…
no sex …at least while the camera was rolling…..
Eric “ain’t all that” lately anyway, seems to be aging quite rapidly. Put a paper bag over his head and he’ll do!
One thing I used to like about the old blog design was how David used to let us click pictures to enlarge.
