  1. There’s still a few more timelsots that will open up in subsequent weeks given finales of Dance Your A off and the Bachelor so the remainder of the promised October shows should appear at those times.

  2. @Sean, I started to notice that around the time Go launched because they took the footy show off 9HD. The Footy Show always advertises its start time at 11.30pm however, the nrl show always runs over as does the late news. For some reason the 30 minute late news on Nine is longer than the 30 minute late news on WIN. So I end up watching/recording from around 12.30am on WIN. I’m not sure about IQ but on mystar u can do manual recordings (setting the box to record for a specific time period on a specific channel rather than finding a program in the EPG and pressing record.)

  3. As previously indicated South Park are repeats. SBS retains first run.

Drop Dead Diva is dropped off Nine with the raft of new shows coming in next week.

Remember that August was always flagged as a soft launch, so in this case it’s not surprising there is some adjustment to schedule.

  4. Haven’t had a look at GO! yet, but so far does the scheduling stick to the timeslots better than 9 can manage? Last week I recorded the AFL Footy Show, which in Qld screens at about 11.30pm. Booked it in on the IQ, and found that the NRL Footy Show ran 45 minutes over time!!!

I appreciate they are a live show, but 45 minutes is ridiculous! Imagine if Idol, or Dancing with the Stars ran over by that much.

Long story short, I saw 15 minutes of the show I actually wanted to see.

  5. I only have 1 complaint; They have just moved into The New Adventures of Old Christine (Season 3) and now the show has been yanked WTF!?!?!?! I am so pi**ed off, not only are these episodes from Feb 08 (yes over a year and a half old) we’re not going to see them played out!!! Argh!! F**k this; why pull it? You can’t slot a single double episode in the schedule rather than having two blocks of Double Seinfeld at 7.30 2 nights a week; or how about only showing 1 episode of Big Bang with 1 new episode of New Christine; I appreciate that it may not have many fans but there are people who enjoy it and Go was the perfect fit for it; now its out of the schedule 🙁

Oh and even though I’ve seen all the episodes so far of both shows Curb and Weeds being bumped back later for double repeat South Park on Sunday nights sucks – these two are much better shows; plus the episodes are new; unlike South Park which I’m assuming will be starting back at Season 1 Episode 1 which is from 1997………

Besides that the lineup actually looks good.

  6. Wait what happened to Old Christine?

Also David is Drop Dead Diva coming back to Nine or is it now only on GO!?

I do like the block repeats, it’s like built in time shift which you can record over night if you missed it earlier.

  7. sounds good, my first reactions are
    – thank god the website is getting more stuff it is lame at the moment.
    – just shoot me late at night was good, hope it is still in the arvos or something.
    – wonder what will go on tuesday after the bachelor is all done.
