Jason Stephens is elevated from Director of Development to Creative Director at FMA as one of several new appointments.

FremantleMedia Australia has announced two external appointments and three internal promotions as part of a new management structure.

Jason Stephens (The King, Choir of Hard Knocks, Triple Zero Heroes, Newstopia, Killing Time) has been elevated from Director of Development to Creative Director. Focussing on new business opportunities and creative partnerships, he will continue to develop new formats.

As Director of Television Content, Cathie Scott (MasterChef, Big Brother, So You Think You Can Dance, The Biggest Loser) will oversee factual and entertainment programs. For the past 6 years Scott has been an executive producer with Network TEN, and prior to this she spent 15 years as a freelance producer and production manager.

Don Keyte, most recently the Head of Production with Roving Enterprises, becomes Director of Television Operations.

Meanwhile, Will Hamilton is promoted to Head of Production and Emanuel Matsos becomes Group Production Manager.

FMA CEO, Ian Hogg said, “It has always been FMA’s intention to bring together the very best from Australia’s production community. I have worked very closely with our Director of Programming, Tim Clucas, and our leadership group to pull together this formidable team.

“With Jason’s new role and Cathie and Don joining our team we feel we now have the best people possible in place to lead FMA into new and exciting territory.”
