Returning: Sunday Night, Border Security.

No surprises here....Seven resumes its Sunday big guns from Sunday February 14th.

No surprises here….

Seven will return Sunday Night to our screens at 6:30pm Sunday February 14th with Mike Munro and Chris Bath. The show will again get a jump start on 60 Minutes for the year, which has to wait until Nine’s cricket commitments conclude.

It will be followed by the season return of Border Security at 7:30pm, which will precede the domestics of Airways at 8pm.

  1. I have to confess that I really enjoy some of the factuals as with Border Security, The Force and even Airways (which is pretty stupid.) Animal Rescue has become very staged and boring.
    USA Border Security was good.

IMHO Mike Munro would be better doing Sunday Night on his own. I still find Chris Bath hard to take to.

  2. What I have seen of Boarder Security it just looks the same every week also Airways is definitely the same story everyweek and I found the Stupidity and Entitlement of the passengers really annoying still people watch them so they may as well keep them and now we have both 7 and 7two which between them show a variety of programs for people then its all good.

  3. @ Jed i agree with robert and you, you can pick some things up from the factuals but usually only need to watch one ep of each to get it, not series and series worth!

  4. I’m happy that our border security guys are preventing drugs and weapons entering our country, but do we really need a TV show about it? And then do we need to duplicate it 20 trillion times, change one word in the title and pass it off as a different show? Then you got all the other crap, like animals and people talking during surgery… the last thing I’d want during my kidney transplant is the make-up guy fixing the shirt of my surgeon and my surgeon forgetting my O-Negative blood and me dying….

Sure, have a couple, an hour, maybe 2 a week during your 22 hours of primetime, after all, they’re pretty easy and to produce, and repeat very well, but please for the love of god, keep the unscripted stuff to a minimum, remember TV is for the people who have taken time to write up a storyline and actors act it out.

  5. Does anyone know if a second series of Border Security USA will he produced? It was excellent, or are Americans too snobby and don’t like the idea of a tv format coming from a country other than the great US of A?

  6. @Robert. I’d answer yes. Airline will inform you to never fly Tiger, and Border Security does actually teach you a thing or two about travelling such as decalring items. Border Security, RSPCA Animal Rescue, and The Force are the factuals i love to watch, most of the others aren’t that great particulalry the medical ones.

  7. Nine should move 60 Minutes to 6:30pm, seeing as their 6pm News generally does okay On Sunday, and would be a good lead in to 60 Minutes. Then they should move Domestic Blitz to 7:30pm, or they could even move Blitz to a weeknight, and have a comedy double hour on Sunday 7.30 (preferably not 2.5 Men).

  8. Is airline going to keep you informed of whats happening in the world, like Mrs Smith was late for her flight and got angry , or on Border security, someone forgot to declare and apple and packet of dates and had to pay a fine. Hmmm big issues from the factuals

  9. Personally would rather view a factual and be informed on what is happening in the world and be able to form an opinion or a view rather than the dross that passes for “entertainment” of late – The Biggest Looser is a great example and the range of so-called celebrity “comedians” that fill the ranks of light entertainment
