Jesse Spencer, Barrie Cassidy, Alex Papps and Tom Long -just 4 of the TV faces who will be on display in the 2010 Hidden Faces of the Archibald.
The Hidden Faces gives exposure for Victorian painters in the 2010 Archibald entrants. In its 9th year, it is known as the Victorian Salon des Refusés in art circles.
The 45 paintings on display including various entertainers, sports people and more including Li CunXin (Mao’s Last Dancer), Alan Fletcher, Judith Durham, Alex Rachel Rawlins (Principal Artist, Australian Ballet), Ross Wilson, Andrew Demetriou (CEO AFL), Mick Malthouse (Collingwood coach) and Nick Riewoldt (St. Kilda captain), along with Nicola Roxon (MP) and Tony Bilson (Chef).
The free event is on display at Hilton Melbourne South Wharf, June 2 – July 11, 2010
Visitors to the exhibition are invited to enter the People’s Choice Award.
