The second season of  Tabatha’s Salon Takeover, featuring outspoken hair stylist Tabatha Coffey, begins next month.

The Shear Genius graduate, raised in Surfers Paradise, again tackles ailing salons, this time in Los Angeles, Chicago and Miami.

In episode one, Tabatha, dressed in her signature all-black attire and simply, flawlessly styled hair, visits Orbit Salon in Chicago, where owner Eddie Cheung is US$700,000 in debt but treats his business more like a rubbish dump than a hair salon. His lack of passion and passive aggressive management has lost him the respect of his staff and now he stands to lose everything. If Tabatha doesn’t do something fast his salon will be out of business.

Tabatha’s Salon Takeover Season 2 premieres Monday July 5th at 8.30pm on Arena.

  2. I am very excited about this news. I’m pretty sure that’s kinda sad, as there are probably more interesting things to get excited about. But there you have it.

  3. Can’t wait – Tabatha is one out of the box and doesn’t pull any punches! She has been described as a female Gordon Ramsey but you know she has more class than Gordie!!
