7TWO will air the 2010 Miss Universe pageant to air on Tuesday August 24 at 7pm.
The event will be hosted by Celebrity Apprentice Bret Michaels alongside judges Melania Trump, wife of Donald and Olympic figure skater Johnny Weir. But wait there’s more…
Competing for Australia is 18 year old Jesinta Campbell from the Gold Coast.
Today PETA has urged Campbell to abandon plans for her outback-inspired “national costume”, comprising a sheepskin shrug and Ugg boots.
Talk about car crash telly!
Each contestant, representing over 80 countries, will compete in three categories: swimsuit, evening gown and interview.
The Miss Universe pageant will air hot off the satellite on 7TWO on Tuesday August 24 at 7pm.
