Nine has replaced tonight’s Big Bang Theory episodes with a special: William & Kate: A Royal Engagement.
Allison Langdon talks to the insiders and the experts, the royal watchers and some of the old cynics about William and Kate meeting. She also headed to St Andrews and prowled the streets where they dated. Some of the experts said Kate would never be good enough, others love her “ordinary” background. The determination of William not to go thru what his parents went through… divorce.
She also looks at the dresses, the type of wedding cake, the incredible security operation that will shadow the wedding and what it means to Britain – a boost in troubled financial times.
It also looks at the ordeal for William and Harry with the death of his mother and atouches on what they will do in the future.
This doco is produced by Nine News.
It airs at 8:30pm for one hour.

Why couldn’t they take off something old people watch?? Everyone knows most people under thirty have little to no interest in the bloody royal family and a large proportion of them are openly hostile towards them. Actually all this royal family crap is just going to get worse and worse next year, as a life time republican I find it personally offensive!!
My EPG is showing the human target repeat on GO! as starting at 11pm now instead of midnight, set it to record for both possibilities.
Nine has really had a big bang here! Lets just hope the ratings are not such a small burst! Otherwise Nine might be thinking a royal mistake!
Stuff recorded weeks ago plus news agency BBC/Reuters/ITN/APTN interviews which every station has already run several times today. Thanks for the warning, not that I planned to watch BBT anyway. “The Good Wife” or “The Librarians” please.

Not a big loss, no doubt we’ll see 90% of 9’s summer schedule made up of a combo of Big bang theory and 2.5 men. GO and GEM will also primarily air BBT & 2.5 men.

what was the point of starting new seasons of two and a half men, the mentalist and big bang theory this year when your not even going to show a reasonable amount of episodes??? big bang especially its on one week, off the next, repeats next week??
