GO! will finally return some of its key brands to air post-Easter as The Vampire Diaries, Community and Nikita resume.

Updated: The Vampire Diaries moves to 8:30pm Thursdays from April 21st (S2E18).

UPDATE: Community planned for 11pm Monday 25th April with S2E6 is now out.

Winter Wipeout also premieres Monday 25th April at 7.30pm.

Double episodes of Nikita air from 9.30pm Tuesday 26th April (S1E6).

GO! has had to wait for some new episodes to resume in the US and has been filling its schedule with repeats of The Big Bang Theory and Two and a Half Men.

  4. I am currently seeing Nina Dobrev in Degrassi on ABC3. Wonder if ABC3 will be done with her Degrassi episodes by the time The Vampire Diaries makes its scheduled return on Go!

  6. Why is GO! stopping at Community, why not shaft all their new shows to later timeslots… so they can show their comedies for the billionth time. At least give a show half a chance of rating well. And i’m certain that the amount of times TBBT airs each week won’t decrease when these shows start up…

  7. it seems with Community, they are doing a Seven on us. non laugh track comedies like 30 Rock, Cougar Town, Parks and Recreation always seem to be played late. now Community is one of them. GO probably won’t even be promoted with that late slot. Im sure they could have found a 8:30 slot to play it in, how about sundays along with The Middle, Big Bang, Mike and Molly and 2.5 Men?

    with V Diaries, its probably there on Thursdays at 8:30 to play out the rest of the season and because it may be a slow night for the ‘teen’ audience which its aimed at. Greys Anatomy, Good Wife and others teens wouldn’t be watching anyway so there will be less competion. don’t think chicks would be watching Stargate so its a smart but strange move.

  12. Well, that’ll be some comfort for the six people who haven’t given up and watched Nikita elsewhere but why Tue? – there’s bugger all on Wed.

    And is it just me who doesn’t want double-eps? Is it too hard to just have one ep in the same time-slot each week? Other channels manage it.

  15. What an utterly s**t timeslot for Community!
    Give it time and it will grow.
    Go absolutely freaking sucks! Not that I care really; I don’t wait for second rate Australian networks to air imported shows I love.

  16. thursdays have been pretty empty and mondays have been really full so I’m glad about the timeslot change for vampire diaries. don’t care about the rest of it though, Go! has gone from my most watched channel to a replica of 9 (meaning I only watch on the odd occasion that the movie they are airing is something I want to see).

  23. Its almost like they’re doing it out of spite. Double episodes of Nikita to burn them off, where they’ll finish at 11:30pm on a school night, that will p*ss off some loyal fans. And Community airing at 11pm? Why not air it in place of those stupid 2.5 Men, Shat My Dad Says, Mike and Molly and BBT repeats?

    But hey, the programs are back at least, thats a move forward if anything.
