Nine’s record run of fast-tracking continues, with new seasons of The Mentalist and CSI: Miami airing just over a week from their US season premiere.

The Mentalist airs 8:30pm Monday October 3rd and CSI: Miami follows at 9:30pm.

CSI: Miami
“Countermeasures”
With Horatio bleeding from a gunshot wound and Natalia battling to free herself from the boot of a submerged car, the other CSIs try to capture an escaped murderer before he kills again.

  1. @Vinny , tonights episode of CSI NY is the season finale , a 2 parter that kicks off hopefully next week with season 7 , its also the last time we get to see Stella , aka Melina Kanakarides.i really like her on the show.

  2. Cool, and D@GP you may be right , at least we get to see what happened at the end of CSI Miami , that was a great finale.Looking forward to it , and i wont hear about word about caruso.

  3. The cynic in me says 9 will fast-track eps until mid-November (or when-ever the ratings period finishes), see which ones have worked for them, and then cease the fast tracking and hold back remaining eps till next year (about Feb).
