The Nine Network has topped the Late List for the first time, according to TV Tonight readers.

There were 31 entries from TV Tonight readers in the week of November 4-10. This marks the first time since the Late List began in late September that it has toppled Seven for late-starting shows.

  1. @sav001 @mycreations – it’s not beyond the realm of possibility that they could plan the show and stick to the schedule. Sometimes there are things that happen when live which are unforeseeable, or something is working well and they want to allow it to play out, but most of the time that’s not what happens.

    So it’s either an inability or lack of will to stay on schedule or, they know how long the show is going to last, but don’t want to advertise its length because they’re worried that some people won’t watch if they know that it’s going to go on for so long.

  2. I must admit to being busy and struggling to update lateness when I am 1/2 a week or more behind. I did document mist 9 shows last week as it seems to have some shows I like: CSI Miami, mentalist and Was House husbands too.
    I only watch TAR and WL on 7 atm

  3. I don’t think it’s disrespectful, I think with a live reality show finale you should just expect it will be delayed. Really how many live finale’s finish on time… none.
