Winners and Losers cliff-hanger

Winners and Losers returns for its season finale on November 27 with someone set to lose their life.

There’s no episode of Winners and Losers next week due to the last episode of The X Factor screening from 7:30 – 9:30pm.

But it returns for its season finale on Tuesday November 27 with a “shocking cliff-hanger.”

Promos indicate someone will lose their life …whilst it may not be one of the four principal characters there are still a number of supporting regulars who could be making their exit.

A promo sees a gun, a driving mishap and more -and is probably all a red herring.

The numbers have been good for the show lately and it will probably pull in a curious crowd.

  1. Well according to tv week its eihter Bec, Frances, Sophie Brian Matt or Doug who dies. So its not Dot.

I doubt its one of the girls. I reckon Doug or Brian. But it makes the episode more interesting.

  2. Never gave this a chance at the beginning when it first started but am loving this show right now! capturing great storylines & cast- have enjoyed this season. It’s a show where I think most of us can relate to today…it’s probably my best Australian Drama series at the moment- much different than to Packed to Rafters kinda over that show now past it’s used by date, am sure it’ll be a great cliff-hanger!

  3. Is it a bit sad when the carrot to pull an audience is to have someone die. I don’t really want to see that. They did the same with Packed. Come on script writers. Can you do better than that?

  4. I don’t watch the show but caught the promo while switching channels, I hate when they did that and to top it off it’s not on next week so fans have 2 weeks to worry about what might happen.

  5. I agree I reckon its Dot. It wouldnt be any of the 4 girls. But i remember reading that the cliffhanger was huge.

Anyway this season has been a good one and looking foward to season 3.

  6. And MattC I agree with you. If they tried that they’d really be pushing the envelope and rise to another level. Kind of the way PTTR did when they killed off Mel.

  7. Dot Gross seems a likely candidate, although I’d love to see an FTA Australian drama tackle the death of an infant.

And no, Home and Away’s recent half-assed attempt doesn’t count.
