Only Christmas Song I have ever heard was Last Christmas in all it’s variations(Original Was Done by Wham way back in 1984)There are now 500 versions of that. It’s better than Traditional Christmas Carols.

  2. What I like about carols by candlelight is that nearly half the performers are christians. they bring the true meaning of christmas without the commercialism of the sydney carols in the domain.

  3. Lol Shelley .. it’s just wheeling out the usual suspects for these shows, although the Melbourne Carols is a lot classier than the Sydney one.

I’m a bit bah-humbug about Christmas carols, at my age I’m totally over them.

  4. You know, they used to put some thought into these events. Now it feels like it’s a case of “here’s last year’s program with 2012 tacked on the top”. *sigh* I hate being cynical at Christmas!
