Grant Denyer may have left Sunrise, but he hasn’t yet left Seven.
TV Tonight understands he hopes to have his own series in which he can continue do present his favourite stunts.
On Sunrise, Denyer was able to incorporate his love of daredevil stunts including everything from motor racing to light aircrafts.
But in recent months he has appeared less on the Seven breakfast show due to health problems.
The Daily Telegraph today speculates that he will have discussions with Seven execs over future network opportunities and also follow his former boss Adam Boland to TEN.
Whilst the first may well be true, don’t expect to see him on TEN’s successor to Breakfast. It won’t be happening.

I have heard a rumour that he might end up hosting Dancing With The Stars. He is quick-witted and quite watchable and that role is far less demanding.
I didn’t know he had left, don’t watch Sunrise anymore. Really don’t watch any of the morning shows and just have SkyNews on to get the news without the crap.
David is there a typo in your headline for this story?
Surely it should read ‘Who Cares Denyer?’
Oh no, a daredevil series? You mean like the terrible Who Dares Wins on Seven which nearly cost Mike Whitney his gig on Sydney Weekender? Also the terrible Fear Factor and its eating of maggots which was taken off after just two episodes?
I think we’ve had quite enough of daredevil television.
His health insurance premium just skyrocketed. In his file he is listed as: “Prone to injury”
it won’t be happening?? him leaving seven or channel ten re-launching a breakfast program?
