Carvalho, who was later succeeded by Beverley O’Connor, is presenter of the 7pm bulletin at ABC News in Brisbane from this month.

Sorry. Lost me as a viewer. Too pushy, too self centred. Bring back Beverley. The show was much more laid back and pleasant with Karina and Beverley. Bad move.
Welcome home Virginia Trioli ….. you have been sorely missed although Bev filled in, in fine style despite the brevity of her time as an anchor with the programme.
I am so pleased that Virginia is coming back. In my opinion, she is one of the most erudite and articulate women on TV. She has been missed!
I’ve been looking forward to this, but Bev did a wonderful job; she’s funny and fair and playful. I hope VT carries it in! I feel like the show’s become a bit more lighthearted since she left (not because she left, though) and I hope she shares the spirit. Welcome back! 🙂
Great news. This show needs some grit and strong personality, and Virginia always provides plenty. Welcome back, Ms T.
And now i stop watching.
Hurrah!
A welcome addition back to ABC Melbournebreakfast
Thank God. It’ll be much more watchable now
Welcome back La Trioli, we missed you.
