Network TEN will replay Adam Scott’s victory in the US Masters golf tournament tonight on ONE.

2013-04-15_1248Maybe they are making up for Saturday morning’s debacle, but Network TEN will replay Adam Scott’s victory in the US Masters golf tournament tonight on ONE.

The final two hours of the US Masters – including Scott’s gripping play-off against Argentina’s Angel Cabrera – will be replayed tonight from 10.55pm (AEST).

This morning, Scott became the first Australian to claim the US Masters crown and the coveted winner’s green jacket since the tournament started in 1934.

  1. But he did really well and despite TENs backlash and it still manages to pull 600,000 which is a tremendous effort. Talking about golf who has US Open don’t say FOX Sports

  2. Oh please people….whether you are a golf fan or not…(I am not a golfer)…this is all about a very nice young Australian…being the 1st Australian to take out the Masters in 77 years,,,,
Watch it….dont watch it…record it…whatever…but how about some respect for a great achievement.

  3. Where does that leave F1 but its still in the TV guide. Now I have just realised that there will be another replay later on during the week but they couldn’t find a home in prime time

  4. Well Done Adam Scott, and this was achieved by so much “Personal” pain, effort, persistance and skill.
And in my mind surpasses the multi million, multi skilled and multi tax benefits of the “America’s Cup’ challenges, which co-incidently or even an ‘ Ironic Lucky Omen’, is airing part two as a rerun of the ABC’s Australian Story.

@possNo never, but he only missed it by that (“) much.

All I can say about Ten’s attitude towards their viewers, is that we should all be thankful that ‘Tiger’ wasn’t disqualified or if he had withdrawn himself, as many suggested/thought he should have done so, because if he had done the right thing, and if Ten ran true to form, they may have simply assumed, that with ‘ Tiger’ out, all our interest in the Masters would cease, and ended the coverage then and there, and replaced it with encores of the much loved Bolt Report and the new everso unbiased Meet The Press.

  5. Norman ran 2nd twice. Part of our record of 2 outright seconds and 6 tied seconds.

It is just to give people who had to go to work a chance to watch the final few holes. Which were very exciting. They can record it at their leisure.
There will not be enough viewers interested to show it in primetime.

  6. I hate golf and thinks its so boring but I actually sat down and watched the last few holes before work then listened to the radio on the way to work to get a result.

I was so happy when he won. It is a great moment in Australian sport.

  7. This does not surprise me at all. Since the administration change Network Ten have chosen to treate sports which they kept the rights to with contempt and such the viewers with the same contempt. THe current regime at Ten have no idea how to do things properly, this is another example. The replay will not be worth watching because of the poor timeslot. 10.30pm is redicalous considering a Australian has won the Masters not since Norman did it in the 80s. I would like to think that the sports organisations which Ten have let go or dont have rights to head this latest blunder and a lame ass excuse and not award them the rights to any future events untill they can prove that they deserve them and are capable of delivering on thier promise, which at the current Murdoch and Rihineheart regime at the helm have not intention in doing so. RIP TEN.
