5 Comments:

  1. Ten is certainly improving Wednesday night straight after BBL, SA viewers were spoilt with a special Live late edition of Ten Eyewitness News to bring us up to date with the latest on the heat an fires. And it was even presented by regular presenter Rebecca morse.

  2. Agreed @WolfieBoy. Nine has a core base of viewers who will watch almost anything. So does Seven. Unfortunately for Ten they don’t have this core brainwashed mass who just watch regardless. Reason is probably Ten’s viewing demographic has always skewed younger and show less network loyalty. They have to build an audience from zero whereas Nine and Seven have rusted on loyalists whose remote control might as well sit in the cabinet.

  3. @Paultv. Nine has loyal viewers that watch any repeat the serve up. Simple fact of life.
Next new show on Nine = Y Factor which stands for why is this pgm on at all LOL.
Ten still has a bit of work to do but doing much better over summer. Saw a TV Week report knocking biggest looser in latest issue. Makes me wonder if Bauer is owned by Nine? They have done this be4 and tried to influence potential viewers. It has worked, so now I expect to see articles why viewers should not watch the winter Olympics. Sad world. Ten is improving regardless and they need to concentrate on good sport and good programs to get them into the 20% mark permanently. 25 has to be the next target IMHO. 🙂

  4. I’m not sure how RBT got any audience. The 8.00 episode in particular has been repeated that many times (and recently too) that it’s actually quite ridiculous.

  5. Better figures for the BBL on TEN last night. Tennis on 7 down a lot from Monday nights figures. I watched the BBL and it was an exciting finish. TEN’s coverage is improving as the commentators gain confidence.
Looking forward to the ODI on 9 tomorrow.
