Episode 1 has already served me well informing me on my rights with regards to a return / repair of an external hard drive purchased from Officeworks. Their first segment contained a truckload of information which is serving me well (backed with the recommended further reading of the ACCC website) coz I’ve currently got a battle on my hands with Officeworks claiming denial of my rights with regards to devices containing data. This show is worth watching!
