Post-Logies party hits sour note

TEN files a formal complaint after a post-Logies alteration with security.

r-doAsk any journo and they will tell you that reporting from post-Logies parties is a strict no-no.

It’s a night when the industry lets down its hair, hopefully without having every detail reported in the media. What happens at Crown, stays at Crown, is the unwritten rule -so much so that access is more stringently controlled both by networks and the venue.

Previous stories involving sports and ex-soapie stars at the venue have attracted news headlines.

Today one report claims TEN has filed a formal complaint with Crown after ex Neighbours actor Dan O’Connor and a small group of friends were refused re-entry to the network party at 3:30am.

News.com.au reports of an altercation between TEN staff and security personnel which marred an otherwise hit party by TEN with both stars and media.

The report claims Crown declined to comment.
