Adelaide & Perth keep the Seven faith

Ratings: Seven shows rule in Adelaide and Perth but it's a tighter race in the rest of the country.

2014-06-11_1022Adelaide and Perth viewers continue to keep the faith for Seven where their shows all won their time slots: House Rules, Seven News, Today Tonight, Home and Away, Million Dollar Minute.

But in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane Nine had more wins.

Nationally Seven network won the night with a share of 30.3% then Nine 28.4%, TEN 19.8%, ABC 15.9% and SBS 5.5%.

House Rules topped the night at 1.4m viewers for Seven then Seven News (1.2m / 1.13m), Home and Away (983,000), What Really Happens in Bali (888,000), Million Dollar Minute (619,000), Movie: The Break Up was 346,000.

The Big Bang Theory had its second-best number all year at 1.3m  /1.15m for Nine then Nine News (1.22m / 1.16m). Hot Seat was 678,000 and When Love Comes to Town was 625,000  / 526,000.

Nine also coded a Sneak Peek for The Voice: Kids at 804,000.

MasterChef Australia (881,000) was tops at TEN then NCIS (839,000), TEN Eyewitness News (673,000), The Project (597,000 / 389,000), NCIS: LA (584,000) and Modern Family (414,000).

ABC News (807,000) led ABC1 then 7:30 (689,000), When the Beatles Drove us Wild (608,000), Foreign Corespondent (534,000), QI (414,000) and At the Movies (382,000).

Secrets of the Manor House again scored for SBS at 376,000 then Insight (205,000), SBS World News (165,000) and Dateline (157,000).

ABC2’s Ben & Holly’s Little Kingdom (314,000) topped multichannels.

  1. I thought the pranks were really stupid on house rules but I think the rule where the couples have to be together all the time is worse. I know its reality TV but it seems an unfair rule for the homeowners with such a limited time frame to get the work completed. I found it more annoying then adding to any supposed drama.
