Channel 10 is a sad case. Why get rid of shows like Video Hits? Surely scheduling a few hours of new/classic music clips is better than repeating the same trash you have already do twice a day. BTW what is happening to shows such as E Street … rotting in the archives? If channel 10 is going to show bad content at least give us the likes of E-Street’s Mr Bad!
Maybe they are running the “directors cut” or even possibly the specialist commentary by the contestants!
LOL TasTVcameraman love the Box DVD set!!
This show is disastrous, and to be honest if they insist on filling their multi channels weekday and weekend schedules with this tripe then I am sticking to ABC News 24!!
I spoke too soon.
Curiosity got the better of me and I TenPlay’ed the first episode of Family Feud. It was worse than I was expecting. Forced and painful to watch. I like Denyer, I like Ten. Heck, I even like a well made game show. But this was just dreck.
Looks like 10 has run out of programs to show, maybe the test pattern would be better than a repeat of a game show?
Channel 10 do this with there popular shows like Offspring, I was wondering if it was Grant that is the problem, MDM wasn’t a hit with him, he just doesn’t seem like the game host type
Oh thank god I missed episode 3, thought I’d have to give up on the whole game show – said no one ever.
Add “Extant” to the list. I haven’t been checking but there have been at least 3 repeats of the first ep already.
Not much different to how 7 are plugging gaps in the schedule with constant ‘encores’ of X Factor!
Hint to networks, pretty sure if I don’t watch it the first time Im not interested in watching it the sixth time….
Wow ! I watched the first couple, but still want BH 90210 back on Eleven.
Maybe they will put all years episodes onto a box set DVD, now that would be a winner………….not really I was being a bit sarcastic there.
I can understand Extant being rpeated because I just dont get it, am I the only one who can’t figure out where the show is going almost as bad as Family Feud
Ten must think we really are stupid…………or they have absolutely no idea what they are doing.
Like many others, I’m looking forward to seeing the audience figures for just their main channel only for this pile of “innovative” rubbish.
TEN used to have “fun” at 6pm…
in my day we called that The Simpsons.
All this means is people won’t watch at 6pm as it may be something to watch at weekends.
@William – Don’t forget the morning repeats each weekday.
@hotgoat – It only started this week. Look forward to a year-long rerun of reruns of reruns, just like they did with MasterChef.
seriously bloody awful programming decision ….. already smacks of desparation ….
I know watching Beverly hills reruns is a bit sad but I can’t believe I have missed them due to this rubbish. Anyone have any idea why they chose to put it on all 3 channels?? Someones bright idea???
Meanwhile other networks will be broadcasting Live sport.
At least it not like the year long repeats of Deal or No Deal.
Thanks for the heads-up, saves me the time of checking to see if it’s worth changing to Ten at any point in the near future. (spoiler: it’s not)
Rather pointless, as its not really a show that you need to watch every episode to keep up. Such “innovative” programming from Ten.
@Bella – if Ten had the AFL then this wouldn’t be happening.
@David Knox – there is only 2 from 1pm to 3.30pm Saturday on Ten and 11.30am to 2pm on One
@Maev – So did I 🙂
I did miss it!….On Purpose!
Nice to know you’re always thinking of us David! Someone at Channel 10 has lost the plot.
Seriously, you have to be joking. This is a low budget game show, not a first run internationally successful drama. I think people will get the gist of the show without watching the first 5 episodes.
Desperate.
