  1. @ Maev,
Discovered Rachel Koo last year and have tried several of her recipes. Yummo!
Also the two Indian spice guys are good value as well. Love the guy who wears the kilt and his Indian Scottish accent.

  2. Maev....Sydney

Watched SBS…The Little Paris Kitchen…(a hidden gem)…then Ottolenghi’s Mediterranean Feast…later Dalziel and Pascoe on GEM…
Today on catchup…UMB…Its a Date and shortly will watch Madam Secretary.

  3. Glad to see Madam Secretary is holding up. I was a bit sceptical about the show watching the promos, but the first 3 shows have been excellent.

  4. spectrum warrior

What we need is for the government to have a real plan and open up the spectrum to new players instead of protecting the existing 3 networks. If we had more television broadcasters we would see more jobs in the industry and in turn the government we get more money for for consolidated revenue.
Thankfully we have the ABC and SBS to give us alternate programming. The spectrum is a resource and the government needs to use it wisely for the sake of the country.

  5. @Bruce Banner
Big Brother is in the top 5 for both the 16-39 and 18-49 demos, but those demos overlap from 18 to 39. So you can’t just add the demo figures together because then you’re doubling up.

  6. How do demos work?

Big Brother’s demos add up to 534,000 (i’m assuming that number would be higher as surely someone over the age of 45 is stupid enough to watch stereotypical 20-somethings watch grass grow?), yet it didn’t make the top 20 programs of the night.

  7. Watched The Project and saving with Jamie on Ten. Then Big Brother on 9.
Then Daziel and Pascoe on Gem.

Recorded Touch of Frost & Johnathan Creek on 72, Masters of Sex final on SBS30, Madam Secretary on 10 and Covert Affairs for my wife on 7.
When TV get boring soon we will have plenty to watch 🙂

  8. Gee the ratings are really reflecting the fact that there’s really not much worth watching. Lucky for me I have heaps of shows recorded from a while back to catch up on.
