The Block Glasshouse final apartment sold

The final apartment in The Block: Glasshouse, renovated by all 5 teams, has been sold in a private sale for an undisclosed amount.

The apartment, which formed part of a final group challenge, was not part of the grand final auction.

There had been some question whether teams who finished with lower cash amounts may benefit from the sale of the final unit, or to charity, but Nine hasn’t indicated any dividends headed their way.

Former contestants Darren and Dee Jolly are amongst a mix of returning contestants set to take on newcomers in The Block: Triple Threat in Darling Street, South Yarra.

Nine has two seasons coming in 2015 and is expected to confirm a series of Renovation Rumble.
