  1. Nothing too exciting there. I felt Easter would’ve been a good time to return Agents of SHIELD.
Wait – Easter is next week, school holidays don’t start until the week after, or is my understanding of the whole period wrong?

    1. The Easter non-ratings fortnight starts on Sunday 29th. It covers Easter but doesn’t line up with school holidays in every state, because they are often staggered across weeks after the Easter public holidays.

On the 29th Nine has scheduled the cricket World Cup final, so no point trying to compete with that if Australia win on Thursday.

Seven’s dramas have been holding less than half of MKR’s audience, will be interesting to see how they do without it. Still no Blacklist, the week after Easter could be a time to launch it.

  2. I’m predicting the dramas are only being played over this non-ratings time due to not rating too well. Greys has caught up to the US now so only one episode a week (thank goodness). I’m surprised Criminal Minds returns after Easter. I didn’t realise it’s following was still so big…maybe all the promos with Jennifer Love- Hewitt will spark new viewers. Thanks for always keeping us informed David. If it wasn’t for you we wouldn’t have a clue what 7 were doing.

Any word on when Mistresses will be showing? I don’t care if it’s 11pm….I’ve been waiting 15 months for season 2!!

    1. Criminal Minds has been delivering solid ratings on Wednesdays in Winter for a decade.

Seven have lots of US drama episodes to burn so are leaving them on to keep their momentum.

    1. They have some catching up due to airing only 4 EPs per week. Too much home and away. Melbourne will b behind 2 EPs compared to some other states due to Thursday night afl.

    2. Not odd, they have been showing 4 episodes a week with MKR to boost Thursday ratings. When the MKR trash ends it may go back to singles M-W and doubles on Thurs or they might show House Rules from 7:30 until 9:00 4 nights a week too?
