ADG Awards honour TV Drama director

The Australian Directors Guild will present the Michael Carson Award for Excellence in
Television Drama Direction to Chris Langman.

Langman has directed episodes of Neighbours, Blue Heelers and The Flying Doctors.

“We are very pleased that we can present the Michael Carson Award for TV Drama Directing at a time when TV drama in Australia is of such a high quality” said Kingston Anderson, CEO of the Australian Directors Guild. “Chris Langman is one of the industry’s veterans whose CV reads like a history of drama over the past 30 years.”

The ADG Awards will be presented on Friday 8 May in Melbourne, hosted by Chris Taylor.
