  1. Watched MKR on 7 – glad my two lovely Asian girls survived – they are such nice people.
    Recorded Shark Tank on 10 and watched after MKR. Excellent show once again.
    Watched Cycling on SBS(30)
    Recorded F1 race on Ten due to very late start in Bahrain. Bit rate was wound up I’m sure as the pictures looked reasonable.
    Am watching that later on Monday night.

  2. Who would of guessed that the tired old the block would be giving MKR a run for the number one position and winning all the demos about a month ago?? what has happened the half million viewers who were always watching MKR earlier In the season?

  3. Watched the F1 from Bahrain on ch10 and I got to say it’s a big step down from last year. Miss Rusty and the commentary has changed from last year. Obviously 10 has gone the cheap option. Does anyone know if Foxtel use the commentary team or do they have Martin Brundel. just read that Ch10 what a slice of the AFL… Please no!! Based on the F1 setup!!

      Foxtel has the UK Sky commentary team of David Croft and Martin Brundle for the races. The coverage is a lot better than what Ten now provide. Someone told me that they just had Matt White and Alan “Back When I Was Racing” Jones doing the pre-race show, and didn’t have Croft/Brundle for the race either – so that’s another thing that’s changed about Ten’s coverage compared with last year.

      Pretty poor showing from the self-proclaimed “Home of (now only big-event whatever that means) motorsport”.

    • Yep, Fox Sports have the Sky Sports duo of Brundle/Croft and the entire pre/post stuff with Ted, Bruno Senna, Johnny Herbert. What commentators are Ten showing?

        Yeah, forgot to mention that you get all the same driver interviews, commentary and grid-walks beforehand on Foxtel Sky Sports HD as you would on UK Sky TV.

        As for Ten’s commentary, I was told that last night they had David Coulthard and someone else for the actual race, which I’m pretty sure is the BBC team (so you could prob find out who the other person was). I’ve no idea whether Ten will be sticking with this line-up for the other 7 races and I’m not convinced that Ten knows either. It’s a moot question as far as I’m concerned.

      I watched on TEN….because I was up…I also miss Greg Rust….Just Matt White and AJ….and the rapport was not good …
      It was a good race….no credit to TEN for that….but gee, not many cars?!?
