SoHo viewers take note: don’t get confused, there are currently two Wentworth prisons on air.
Whilst local production Wentworth is locking up its fine female cast, Outlander (see pic below) is using the same name for the prison incarcerating its hero, Jamie.
The Outlander hunk is awaiting execution in the show screening on Sunday nights.
Meanwhile, local drama Wentworth is going from strength to strength for Foxtel, last night topping STV ratings with 118,000 viewers, up from last week’s 97,000. The numbers grow much bigger when adding in repeat and Timeshifted viewing.
Last night the show was also trending on Twitter and today has received further funding from Film Victoria for its fourth season, which begins filming at a new location in August.
It all comes on top of two Logie wins and growing US fans via Netflix screenings.
As long as we can just keep Prison Break‘s Wentworth Miller off the channel we can avoid further complications!

To add to this just before the Outlander episode in question came on SoHo noticed a news report about Communications Minister Malcolm Turnbull who is also the Member for Wentworth!
Funny. That was one twisted episode tonight!

Really not enjoying Wentworth this year, but will persist. The old square woman is hilarious.
