Meet 37 year old South Australian Farmer Jedd, described as “a passionate oyster farmer with an environmental conscience. He’s intelligent, thoughtful and cares deeply about the world and the people who live in it.”
He is one of 8 single guys who will appear in the revived series of The Farmer Wants a Wife on Nine.
“I’m a guy who deeply cares about the world and our environment. I’m a big believer in respect and how our actions affect one another. I’m an outdoors kinda guy who loves great conversations, fun banter and a woman with a can do attitude who’ll also love my dog Greg!,” he says.
There are 8 singles lookin’ for love, ranging in age from 25 – 36 (including one named Farmer BJ -not sure that’s necessarily an invitation, though).
Single ladies keen to participate can apply here.
Across 8 series, the show has produced 8 marriages, 9 children and 3 long term relationships.
The series will air later this year.

Let’s just pretend When Love Comes To Town never happened…
This was one of the he better rating shows and while it is as good to be rested others: sluts on buses and marry at first sight were much trashier!
Lol David at Farmer BJ 😉
I liked this show in the beginning…then it got crazy…wonder if they …like Masterchef…will go back to what works best.
I swear I’ve seen this guy on something before.
Is the 3 long term relationships from the 8 marriages!? lol
Surely this is a joke, what is wrongs with channel 9 these days, how many kind of dating shows are people interested in, same old, over and over again, which I presume this will start when the existing one finishes. Why cant we get away from all these stupid shows.
