Ryan Stokes to assume top Seven Group job in July
Transition from Don Voelte to Ryan Stokes to be completed in July.

Ryan Stokes will assume the role of Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer of Seven Holdings Group on July 1st.
The transition plan was announced in April following the retirement of Don Voelte.
Executive Chairman Kerry Stokes said: “Don and Ryan have worked closely and collaboratively together over the past two years. It has been a particularly smooth transition since Don’s announcement of his intention to retire, and as a result both Don and the Board believe the time is right to bring forward this transition to 30 June.”
Ryan Stokes said: “I am looking forward to taking on the new role. At SGH we have a terrific team
of people and great market-leading businesses in what undoubtedly are some challenging conditions.
“We are working with our customers and managing our businesses to ensure we are all well-placed for
future growth. We are excited about the opportunities for the Group.”
