Very cheeky Big Bang promos
When is a premiere also a "new night?" When it's Big Bang.

Very cheeky promo by Seven for The Big Bang Theory, promoting the show as a “New Night.”
That’s despite the sitcom never having aired on Seven before (only on 7mate).
Anyone would think they were trying to persuade Nine viewers they had the new episodes.
Dropping the night before Nine’s Season 9Â eps? Nah, must be a coincidence….

Agree about the promos looking like Nine’s. Speaking of that, the promo for the new episode on Nine tonight is so misleading with the Photoshop images of the guys beaten up and having a tiger with them. Can’t be further from the actual bachelor party story line that occurs. Why mislead the audience into thinking the episode will be a rip off of ‘The Hangover’? And last weeks “Kiss that changes everything” promo, it was a dream sequence in the cold open, and had no part in the rest of the episode.

“Rate any or all of the following FTA issues”
Promos that fairly represent the show = Important
Big Bang repeats on a Monday night at 9? Should be a timeslot for new content especially during ratings. Surely 9pm-ish Monday would have suited Blindspot well rather than the apparently cursed Wednesday night 8.30 timeslot it will land in next week (lets call that September the 58th so they can say fast tracked in September!).
This is why people go else were, it’s the only reliable way of knowing you’ll be getting a new ep you haven’t seen. Or they just avoid FTA and wait for the DVD or streaming to binge watch the season.
The promos even look like Nine promos. I actually think this is a bad move from Seven. There are better ways to kill a successful show on a rival network.
One would think Seven don’t rate the intelligence of people who watch TBBT too highly.
Given how many were apparently content to watch the same eps 17 times, Seven may not be too far off in that assessment.
