TEN has picked up UKÂ action-sports series The Indestructibles.
The series sees athletes-turned-presenters Tim Warwood and Adam Gendle dropped into a location somewhere in the UK, tasked with dreaming up and executing an epic stunt in three days.
Meanwhile Nine has acquired Encore Media’s Garda Down Under (6×30′), which tells the story of life on the beat for Irish officers working in Western Australia.
SBS has taken RTÉ documentary Sugar Crash (1×60′), which explores weight loss plus 1916 (3×60′), which examines the Easter Rising and the subsequent events that led to the creation of an independent Irish state and the breakup of the British Empire.
ABC has acquired The Meaning of Life with interviews conducted by veteran broadcaster Gay Byrne and Pope Francis: The Sinner (1×52’).
