Neighbours will be bringing new episodes in early January on ELEVEN and fans will be hanging out for some answers after Toadie received a photo that looked remarkably like his dead wife Dee (Madeleine West).
Don’t expect full answers until later in the month though…. can’t say any more!
Sonya presents Toadie, Steph and Mark with the news that she is pregnant. While some are happier than others, Toadie turns his focus away from his wife and towards an investigation into Dee’s death.
Piper and Tyler’s secret romance is exposed when Terese walks in on them together. When Piper’s parents ban their relationship, a heated argument ensues.
Paige grapples with the unexpected news that has rocked her world. In a bid to escape, she finds unexpected solace in the arms of Leo.

Sadly Madeline West is only back in a guest role meaning they probably don’t end up together unfortunately! ?
i haven’t even regularly watched Neighbours for about 20 years but the promos have been effective enough that even i’m intrigued! i think its mainly the song that i really like so its got me hooked in plus i don’t mind Madeleine West.
When she vanished, she was pregnant with Toadies baby and now she has a 12yo daughter named Starlie
Story liners meeting ” what can we do this year”. turns to old grey pull out drawer, breaks glass that says ‘in case of emergency” opens drawer, old story lines are covered in dust, hand reachers in takes out faded piece of paper it say “Dee”. Opens bottom drawer and holds breath and slides hand into crumpled paper, “lost at sea” A ” new storyline is born, or is it………………………….
After the crash she drifted all the way to the shore of Macquarie island where, with amnesia, she was looked after by a colony of penguins. After being rescued by a Japanese whaling ship that had hidden there trying to dodge the Steve Irwin she was taken back to Japan, where her fair skin, blonde locks, and skills learnt while working her passage as assistant cook, meant she became a local celebrity Harihari-nabe chef. Invited to Melbourne as guest and mentor on Masterchef, she … well, that’s where Neighbours starts up…

In the cliffhanger Paige and Sonya had different pregnancy results, one was pink, one was blue, now the synopsys indicates that both are pregnant. I’m confused.
Both tests showed two lines, indicating a positive test result. The different colours were simply because they are different brands of tests.
